PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Former Commissioner of Economic affairs on St. Maarten, Julian Rollocks has expressed some concerns regarding the length of time a vendor's permit takes to be issued.
Speaking to our news department Mr. Rollocks specifically made mention of the new venture named "the TIKI Hut" that they recently started on the island for which persons are still awaiting a vendor's license to operate.
The former Commissioner of Economic affairs and businessman also spoke of the importance of those vendors for the island.
